Shipping / Delivery Information

casalife furniture | accessories offers delivery service within the GTA and surrounding areas. Our delivery service includes the assembly, setup and removal of all packaging materials for products purchased from casalife furniture | accessories. Unfortuntately due to a number of factors we are unable to remove existing furniture, mount TV's or connect any electrical items
(lighting etc.)

For areas outside our regular delivery area, products will be shipped through an appropriate provider at a cost agreed upon between casalife furniture | accessories and the customer.

A casalife furniture | accessories customer service agent will call to schedule a convenient delivery appointment once all items on your order have been received and inspected by our warehouse.

In order to ensure the most enjoyable delivery experience for our customers, casalife asks that the following provisions are made prior to your scheduled appointment:

  1. Please ensure there is adequate parking and access to the building to accept the delivery.  If there is no parking available at the time of delivery, casalife may not be able to proceed with the delivery.
  1. We ask that the area where the items being delivered / setup is cleared and accessible.  If there is not sufficient room or existing furniture needs to be moved an extra fee may be incurred to complete the delivery.
  1. Please ensure, where necessary, the elevator is booked for the scheduled delivery window.  If an elevator is not available, casalife may not be able to proceed with the delivery.
  1. Please double check the information provided regarding the delivery is accurate, such as number of flights of stairs, difficult delivery situations, construction, access restrictions, etc.
  1. Customers are responsible for providing safe access to the delivery area.  Delivery personnel have the right to refuse to deliver in situations they feel could  result in personal injury, damage to the product or damage to the customers residence.

Failure to comply with the conditions listed above may result in an incomplete delivery at the customers expense.
