casalife furniture | accessories is committed to customer satisfaction. If a product is damaged or defective within 1 year of purchase, casalife furniture | accessories will gladly repair or replace the item. The decision to repair or replace a defective item is at the discretion of casalife furniture | accessories and will be handled on a case by case basis.

Special Order Items

• Special order items may be cancelled within 7 days of purchase and be fully refunded by the same method used for payment.
• Special order cancellations between 8-14 days will be refunded with an in-store credit and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• Special orders may not be cancelled after 14 days.

Stock Items

• Returns within 7 days will be fully refunded by the same method used for payment.
• Returns between 8-14 days will be refunded with an in-store credit.
• Returns after 14 days will not be accepted.
• casalife reserves the right to refuse products that are not returned in their original condition.
