If you are unsatisfied with your product, please contact email@example.com to initiate your claim. We are fairly certain if there is an issue with your
product or order - you will know pretty quickly. Please contact us within 72 hours.
- A restocking fee may apply depending on the product type but know that if you choose to exchange a product we will waive the restocking fee.
Return shipping fees will apply. This policy applies to products returned in their original condition.
- As much as we inspect and ensure your product is packed well - things can happen in transport.
- Get in touch if your product is damaged in shipping or found to be defective.
We review each case individually to assess the condition of the product. Damaged or defective products will be repaired or replaced
within one year at the discretion of casalife.
- All refunds and exchanges must be initiated within 72 hours of receipt.
- Stock Items: Return within 10 days of receipt with a 10% restocking fee.
- Special Order Items: Return within 10 days of receipt with a 20% restocking fee
- Made to Order Items: Return within 10 days of receipt with a 20% restocking fee
- Custom Made to Order Items:Return within 10 days of receipt with a 50% restocking fee
- Please note we will waive restocking fees if you choose to exchange rather than refund an item.
Return shipping fees will apply to all returned items.
- We suggest you keep all original packaging until you examine and ensure product is in proper condition.
There will be a $50 charge for any item returned without the original packaging.
- If you would like to exchange or return an item please contact us in 72 hours from time of delivery.
Ensure products remain in original condition as we are unable to accept “used” product for return/exchange.
- All clearance, floor model and mattress items are considered final sale at point of delivery/receipt, invoice and sign-off and are
non exchangeable and not refundable.
