Exchanges & Returns


OUR WARRANTY:

We are committed to you our customer and your satisfaction with our product.

  • If you are unsatisfied with your product, please contact support@casalife.com to initiate your claim. We are fairly certain if there is an issue with your product or order, you will know pretty quickly. Please contact us within 72 hours of receipt of the product.
  • A restocking fee may apply depending on the product type, if you choose to exchange the product we may waive the restocking fee at our discretion.
  • Return shipping fees will apply.
  • This policy applies to products returned in their original condition.


DAMAGES & DEFECTS:

As much as we inspect and ensure your product is packed well, things can happen in transport. Get in touch if your product is damaged in shipping or found to be defective.

  • We review each case individually to assess the condition of the product.
  • Damaged or defective products will be repaired or replaced at casalife's discretion within one year.
  • If your order sits in our warehouse for longer then 1 month, those months will be deducted from your warranty.


CANCELATIONS & PRICE ADJUSTMENTS:

We understand that you might change your mind on the order placed, and we will always try our best to resolve the situation.

  • With the exception of products marked “final sale” you may cancel an order within 7 days of purchase by contacting your sales representative for a full refund.
  • Floor Model orders will be subject to a 50% restocking fee after 7 days.
  • Price adjustments will be made within 14 days of purchase, with the exception of our December Sale(due to the nature of this sale no price adjustments will be made).


REFUNDS & EXCHANGES:

If you would like to exchange or return an item please contact us in 72 hours of receipt of the product. Ensure products remain in original condition as we are unable to accept “used” product for return/exchange.

  • ACCESSORIES: Return within 7 days with original receipt for a full refund, or upto 14 days for a store credit.
  • STOCK ITEMS: Return within 7 days of receipt of the product. Subject to a 10% re-stocking fee.
  • SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS: Return within 7 days of receipt of the product. Subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.
  • MADE TO ORDER ITEMS: Return within 7 days of receipt of the product. Subject to a 30% re-stocking fee.
  • CUSTOM MADE TO ORDER ITEMS: Return within 7 days of receipt of the product. Subject to a 40% re-stocking fee.
  • CLEARANCE & FLOOR MODELS: These are considered final sale at the point of delivery / pickup.
  • MATTRESSES & BEDDING: These are considered final sale at the point of delivery / pickup. These are non-exchangeable and not refundable.
We suggest you keep all original packaging until you have decided to keep the product as there will be a $50 charge for any item returned without the orginal packaging.

RETURN SHIPPING FEES WILL APPLY TO ALL RETURNED ITEMS.
