HOW MUCH WILL SHIPPING COST?
There are two services levels to choose from when placing your order, drop ship or white glove service. The prices are pre-assigned within the shopping cart for the Toronto & GTA, if you reside or require delivery outside of this area please add the item to a quote and a sales representative will be in touch with a quote.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT DELIVERY OF MY ITEMS?
Some items are in stock and we can ship the right away, while others are ordered to your specifications and require several weeks to manufacture. This time frame can very from supplier to supplier ranging from 6 weeks to 20 weeks. Contact us if you would like more info about a specific items lead time or stock level.

WHAT ARE THE ACCEPTED METHODS OF PAYMENT?
We accept VISA, Mastercard, Debit & Cash in store, and VISA & Mastercard online. At this time VISA / Mastercard debits do not work online.

CAN I CANCEL OR MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
You have 7 days to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact your sales representative to do so. After time time it still may be possible, but there may be cancelation fees involved.
HOW CAN I KNOW THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
You can call or email your sales representative to get you an update on your order, if they are unavailable another staff member would be glad to assist you.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS LATE?
Lead times are estimated and are never gaurenteed, as there are many factors at play. We will try to update you in a timely manner, but delays can happen. Casalife does not compinsate for delays that are outside of our control.
WHAT IS YOUR WAREHOUSE / STORE PICK UP PROCESS?
Please let either the warehouse or store know when you are planning on stopping by so that we can have your items ready. We will have someone there to assist you, but if you are unable to help load the product into your vehical please bring someone who can help or we will need to make special arrangemnets. Please note that Saturdays are by appointment only as staff in the warehouse is limited on that day.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN WHITE GLOVE & DROP DELIVERY?
Drop delivery is where you product is delivered to the point of entry of your home or condo, unboxed and not assembled. Wheras white glove includes set up in the room of choice and garbage removal.
HOW DOES DELIVERY WORK IF I AM ORDERING ITEMS THAT ARE BOTH IN STOCK AND BACK ORDERED?
If you order items with varying lead times, all items will be held in the warehouse until the final item arrives. At that point you will be invoiced and asked to book delivery. If you would like the items to be delivered as they come in, you will be charges a seperate delivery fee for each delivery.
